Assalam o Alaikum sir..... sir aap ny bio ky test mai question diya tha : Where does tubular secretion occurs?......... Sir i ka answer yeh hoga kh: It occurs mainly in proximal convulated tubule but also occurs in distal convulated tubule.....Sir yeh theek ni hai??? Q kh aap ny btaya tha kh yeh distal convulated tubule mai hoti hai....Sir plz answer it...!!!.....

Ansa sister PTC is specific for selective reabsorption of water and other essential substances i.e.sodium ions glucose etc .While tubular secretion occurs in the DCT where the excess molecules and other wastes are secreted into the filtrate from blood .PCT main reabsorption ho gi kiyon Kay jo glumerular filtrate hai us mein to sari chizayn hai achi bi buri bi to achi chizon ko zaya karnay say bachanay Kay liya Yahan reabsorption hoti hai.Ab jab yah achi chizayn hum nay absorb to kar li in main say kuch hon gi jo pehlay say hi blood main han aur kafi magdar main han to un ko nikalna bi to zarori hai Jo Kay DCT main hota hai.I hope ap ki confusion clear ho gai ho gi baki sir to buhat achay tariqa say aur detail say samjha dayn gay Inshallah.
